I built the product marketing function from the ground up and created a scalable framework for positioning and go-to-market execution.

Also collaborated with leadership teams to align strategies, define the product's value proposition, and develop Go-To-Market strategies for product launch and adoption in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.

Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams, I helped define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.

I also created sales enablement materials such as outreach doc, 1 pager, presentations, and case studies to support deal closure.

Additionally, I also managed customer feedback, interviews , online events, to inform product improvements and prioritize features.

Planned and executed social media and content strategies through competitive research to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.

Developed go-to-market (GTM) strategies for both B2B and B2C segments, supporting product launches and new feature rollouts. Created detailed user personas and crafted personalized product messaging to enable the sales team. Collaborated with influencers to drive campaigns, ensuring key performance indicators were consistently met.

Executed brand awareness and social media campaigns, while also planning email marketing strategies targeting top-of-the-funnel audiences. Worked closely with PR agencies, product management, and sales teams to align positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
